Staff were enthusiastic, hotel was neat, set in shopping area right by town centre and scenic places-Leeds Castle and the Hilton. The room I booked was cleaned and available with comfortable beds and fridge. The property was set in a very central area.

Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Maidstone. The whole place was perfectly clean, I loved it, and had perfect staff and location. Pretty nice room, great-sized bathroom. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was top-notch. Lovely pool plus lovely garden.

A super central location and super friendly/helpful staff were the highlight of this fun stay. Stunning view, a lovely balcony, really big bed, too. A short walk to the clean beach. Poolside bar was stylish and reasonably priced.

Very good value for money compared to other properties, and overall clean. The room was average, and average too. Its individual service. Furthermore, wifi worked well throughout the property. The beach was tidy. We dined at a STYLISH nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes.

Very good value for money, newly decorated and newly decorated rooms. Extensive continental breakfast with yoghourt, cereals, eggs and cheese. Splendid view of canal. Excellant facilities and the pool was nice. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was available. We enjoyed the private beach near our hotel.
